Job responsibilities:

(1) responsible for silicon carbide crystal cutting, grinding, polishing and other processes;

(2) Responsible for abnormal follow-up and treatment in the process stage.

Job Requirements:

(1) CNC, machinery and other related majors;

(2) skilled operation of CNC processing equipment, familiar with the polishing machine and grinding machine working principle;

(3) familiar with semiconductor material grinding and polishing process, poor grinding and polishing process has rich experience.
